Matbakhna BE is a Belgian listing and contact platform. It is not the seller, buyer, payment provider, delivery provider or a party to transactions. By creating an account, posting a listing or comment, or otherwise uploading user-generated content, you accept these Terms and the Seller Agreement where applicable.

  1. Accounts and age. Guests may browse. Account and seller/upload features are for people aged 18 or over. Provide accurate information, keep access secure and do not impersonate another person.
  2. User-generated content. You are responsible for text, photos, comments and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use it and grant the platform a limited licence to store, process and display it to operate the service.
  3. Prohibited content and behaviour. Do not post illegal, fraudulent, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, dangerous, counterfeit or rights-infringing content; weapons, drugs, tobacco/vape, medicines or other unlawful goods; spoiled, expired, recalled, unsafe or untraceable food; hidden allergens; spam; malware; deceptive links; or private information without permission. Pork/derivatives, alcohol and intoxicants are not permitted by the platform's product rules.
  4. Food and seller duties. Sellers must follow Belgian and EU food, hygiene, traceability, registration/authorisation, tax and consumer law, including applicable FASFC/AFSCA requirements. Ingredients, regulated allergens, origin, storage, dates, quantity, price and availability must be accurate. Halal statements are the seller's declaration unless expressly shown as independently documented.
  5. Contact and transactions. Users agree price, payment, pickup, delivery, returns, warranties and disputes directly. Check the seller, product and allergen suitability before purchase. Contact details must not be placed in listing content to bypass the contact flow.
  6. Safety tools and moderation. Users can report listings, comments and users and can block users. Administration may review, edit, hide or remove content, request information, suspend accounts and retain a limited safety record where necessary. We aim to act on valid reports, but publication does not mean that every listing was pre-approved or inspected.
  7. Advertising and optional rewards. The app may show banner, app-open, interstitial or rewarded ads when advertising is enabled. Rewarded ads are offered as an explicit choice for a clearly described in-app benefit. Do not manipulate ads, clicks, rewards or traffic.
  8. Availability and changes. We may maintain, change or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. No uninterrupted or error-free service is promised.
  9. Liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator does not guarantee the identity of users, product quality, legality, food safety, payment, delivery or completion of a transaction. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
  10. Privacy, deletion and law. The Privacy Policy applies. Account deletion is available in Settings and through the public deletion page. Belgian law governs these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and mandatory jurisdiction rules.

مطبخنا بلجيكا منصة لعرض الإعلانات والتواصل داخل بلجيكا، وليست بائعًا أو مشتريًا أو جهة دفع أو توصيل ولا طرفًا في الصفقة. بإنشاء حساب أو نشر إعلان أو تعليق أو أي محتوى، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى اتفاقية البائع عند انطباقها.

  1. الحساب والعمر: التصفح متاح للضيف. الحساب وميزات البيع ورفع المحتوى مخصصة لمن بلغ 18 سنة. يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة وحماية الحساب وعدم انتحال الآخرين.
  2. محتوى المستخدم: أنت مسؤول عن النصوص والصور والتعليقات التي تنشرها، وتؤكد حقك في استخدامها، وتمنح المنصة ترخيصًا محدودًا لتخزينها ومعالجتها وعرضها لتشغيل الخدمة.
  3. المحتوى والسلوك الممنوع: يمنع المحتوى غير القانوني أو الاحتيالي أو المحرض على الكراهية أو التهديد أو التحرش أو الاستغلال أو المحتوى الجنسي أو الخطير أو المقلد أو المنتهك للحقوق، والأسلحة والمخدرات والتبغ والفيب والأدوية والسلع غير القانونية، والطعام الفاسد أو المنتهي أو المسترجع أو المجهول المصدر أو الذي يخفي مسببات الحساسية، والسبام والبرمجيات الضارة والخداع ونشر بيانات خاصة دون إذن. كما تمنع قواعد المنصة الخنزير ومشتقاته والكحول والمسكرات.
  4. واجبات البائع والغذاء: يلتزم البائع بالقانون البلجيكي والأوروبي ومتطلبات سلامة الغذاء والنظافة والتتبع والتسجيل أو الترخيص والضرائب والمستهلك، بما فيها متطلبات FASFC/AFSCA عند انطباقها، ويذكر المكونات والحساسية والمصدر والتخزين والتاريخ والكمية والسعر والتوفر بدقة. بيان الحلال تصريح من البائع ما لم يظهر توثيق مستقل صريح.
  5. التواصل والصفقة: يتفق المستخدمون مباشرة على السعر والدفع والاستلام والتوصيل والإرجاع والضمان والنزاع. يجب التحقق من البائع والمنتج والحساسية قبل الشراء، وعدم وضع بيانات التواصل داخل الإعلان لتجاوز مسار التواصل.
  6. السلامة والإشراف: يمكن الإبلاغ عن الإعلانات والتعليقات والمستخدمين وحظر المستخدمين. للإدارة مراجعة المحتوى أو تعديله أو إخفاؤه أو حذفه، وطلب معلومات، وتعليق الحساب، والاحتفاظ بسجل سلامة محدود عند الضرورة. نشر الإعلان لا يعني أنه فُحص أو اعتُمد مسبقًا.
  7. الإعلانات والمكافآت: قد يعرض التطبيق إعلانات بانر أو فتح أو بينية أو مكافأة عند تفعيل الإعلانات. إعلان المكافأة اختياري ويعرض منفعة واضحة قبل المشاهدة. يمنع التلاعب بالإعلانات أو النقرات أو المكافآت أو الزيارات.
  8. المسؤولية والقانون: إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تضمن المنصة هوية المستخدم أو جودة المنتج أو قانونيته أو سلامته أو الدفع أو التوصيل أو إتمام الصفقة. تبقى حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية والمسؤوليات التي لا يجوز استبعادها نافذة. تطبق سياسة الخصوصية ويمكن حذف الحساب من الإعدادات أو صفحة الحذف العامة. تخضع الشروط للقانون البلجيكي مع احترام القواعد الإلزامية.

Matbakhna BE est une plateforme belge d'annonces et de mise en relation, non un vendeur, acheteur, service de paiement/livraison ou partie à la vente. Le compte et les fonctions de publication sont réservés aux personnes de 18 ans ou plus.

  1. L'utilisateur est responsable de ses textes, photos et commentaires, garantit ses droits et accorde une licence technique limitée nécessaire au service.
  2. Sont interdits : contenu illégal, frauduleux, haineux, menaçant, harcelant, sexuel, exploiteur, dangereux, contrefait ou portant atteinte aux droits; armes, drogues, tabac/vape, médicaments et biens illégaux; aliments avariés, expirés, rappelés, dangereux ou non traçables; allergènes cachés, spam, logiciels malveillants et données privées sans autorisation. Les règles du service interdisent aussi porc/dérivés, alcool et intoxicants.
  3. Le vendeur respecte le droit belge et européen, les obligations FASFC/AFSCA applicables, l'hygiène, la traçabilité, la fiscalité et les consommateurs, et indique correctement ingrédients, allergènes, origine, conservation, dates, quantité, prix et disponibilité.
  4. Prix, paiement, retrait, livraison, retours, garanties et litiges sont convenus entre utilisateurs. L'application permet de signaler contenus/utilisateurs et de bloquer des utilisateurs. L'administration peut modérer, supprimer et suspendre.
  5. Des publicités et récompenses facultatives clairement décrites peuvent être proposées lorsqu'elles sont activées. Toute manipulation publicitaire est interdite.
  6. Dans les limites légales, la plateforme ne garantit ni identité, qualité, légalité, sécurité alimentaire, paiement, livraison ni conclusion de vente. Les droits impératifs restent applicables. Consultez la Politique de confidentialité et la suppression du compte. Le droit belge s'applique sous réserve des protections impératives.

Matbakhna BE is een Belgisch advertentie- en contactplatform, geen verkoper, koper, betaal-/bezorgdienst of partij bij een verkoop. Accounts en uploadfuncties zijn voor personen van 18 jaar en ouder.

  1. De gebruiker is verantwoordelijk voor teksten, foto's en reacties, garandeert de rechten en verleent een beperkte technische licentie die nodig is voor de dienst.
  2. Verboden zijn illegale, frauduleuze, haatdragende, bedreigende, intimiderende, seksuele, uitbuitende, gevaarlijke, nagemaakte of rechten-schendende inhoud; wapens, drugs, tabak/vape, geneesmiddelen en illegale goederen; bedorven, vervallen, teruggeroepen, onveilig of ontraceerbaar voedsel; verborgen allergenen, spam, malware en privégegevens zonder toestemming. De dienst verbiedt ook varken/derivaten, alcohol en bedwelmende middelen.
  3. De verkoper volgt Belgisch en EU-recht, toepasselijke FAVV/AFSCA-plichten, hygiëne, traceerbaarheid, belasting en consumentenrecht en vermeldt ingrediënten, allergenen, oorsprong, bewaring, data, hoeveelheid, prijs en beschikbaarheid correct.
  4. Gebruikers regelen prijs, betaling, afhaling, levering, retour, garanties en geschillen onderling. De app biedt melden en blokkeren. De administratie mag modereren, verwijderen en accounts schorsen.
  5. Duidelijk beschreven optionele beloonde advertenties en andere advertenties kunnen worden getoond wanneer ingeschakeld. Advertentiemanipulatie is verboden.
  6. Binnen wettelijke grenzen garandeert het platform geen identiteit, kwaliteit, wettigheid, voedselveiligheid, betaling, levering of voltooiing. Dwingende rechten blijven gelden. Zie het Privacybeleid en accountverwijdering. Belgisch recht geldt met behoud van dwingende bescherming.
