Matbakhna BE — Delete account and associated data

Delete inside the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Read the warning and confirm deletion.
4. For security, Firebase may ask you to sign in again if your login is not recent.

No advertisement, payment or subscription cancellation is required.

What is deleted

Deletion covers the Firebase Authentication account and the associated Matbakhna BE profile, listings, listing photos, favourites, rating votes, comments, reports submitted by the account, blocked-user lists and account-linked notice data. Content already copied outside the service by another user, such as a WhatsApp message initiated by you, is controlled by the recipient and the relevant external service.

What may be retained

A limited and minimised moderation or audit record may be retained only where necessary for security, fraud/abuse prevention, legal claims or a legal obligation. Reports submitted by other people about the account or its content may be retained as restricted safety records. Retained records are not used to recreate the deleted account or for advertising.

Timing

In-app deletion starts immediately. External requests are normally completed within 30 days after reasonable identity verification. If a legal retention requirement applies, we will explain the relevant exception where permitted.

Sans l'application, écrivez depuis l'adresse liée au compte à 065950hz@gmail.com avec l'objet [Matbakhna BE] Account deletion request. N'envoyez jamais votre mot de passe.

La suppression couvre le compte Firebase Authentication, le profil, les annonces et photos, favoris, votes, commentaires, signalements envoyés, listes de blocage et données de notification liées au compte. Une trace minimale peut être conservée uniquement pour la sécurité, la prévention des abus, une obligation légale ou un litige. Les demandes externes sont normalement traitées sous 30 jours après vérification raisonnable.

In de app: Instellingen → Account verwijderen → bevestigen. Een recente aanmelding kan vereist zijn. Er is geen advertentie of betaling nodig.

Zonder de app stuur je vanaf het gekoppelde e-mailadres een bericht naar 065950hz@gmail.com met onderwerp [Matbakhna BE] Account deletion request. Stuur nooit je wachtwoord.

Verwijdering omvat het Firebase Authentication-account, profiel, advertenties en foto's, favorieten, stemmen, reacties, ingediende meldingen, blokkeerlijsten en accountgebonden meldingsgegevens. Alleen een minimale registratie kan voor veiligheid, misbruikpreventie, een wettelijke plicht of geschil worden behouden. Externe verzoeken worden normaal binnen 30 dagen na redelijke verificatie afgehandeld.
