Seller declaration — English
I confirm that:
- I am at least 18 years old, use my own secured account and provide accurate identity and contact information.
- I own the offered goods or am legally authorised to sell them, and have the rights to all text and photos I upload.
- I am solely responsible for lawful production, preparation, import, storage, transport, sale and delivery and for complying with Belgian and EU law.
- I hold every registration, notification or authorisation required for my activity, including applicable FASFC/AFSCA requirements, and comply with hygiene, traceability, cold-chain, tax and consumer rules.
- I provide complete and accurate product identity, ingredients, all fourteen regulated allergens where applicable, cross-contamination warnings, origin, net quantity, storage, preparation, use-by/best-before information, price and availability.
- I offer only food that is safe, suitable, traceable and properly stored. I do not offer spoiled, expired, recalled, contaminated, unsafe or untraceable products.
- I do not offer pork or derivatives, alcohol or intoxicants, medicines, tobacco/vape, drugs, cannabis/CBD, weapons, counterfeit goods or any illegal or platform-prohibited product.
- A halal claim is my own declaration unless the listing expressly shows independent documentation verified by the platform. I will not misrepresent certification.
- I do not hide allergens, defects, commercial status or required information and do not place contact details, payment links, URLs or QR codes in content to bypass the contact flow.
- I handle price, payment, pickup/delivery, invoices, returns, warranties, complaints and disputes directly and lawfully with the buyer.
- I understand that publication is not approval, certification or inspection by Matbakhna BE. Administration may request documents, edit/hide/remove a listing or suspend an account where risk or violation is suspected.
- I will promptly correct or remove inaccurate or unavailable listings and cooperate with valid safety reports, recalls and authority requests.

- عمري 18 سنة أو أكثر، وأستخدم حسابي المحمي وأقدم هوية وبيانات تواصل صحيحة.
- أملك السلعة أو مخول قانونيًا ببيعها، وأملك حق استخدام النصوص والصور التي أرفعها.
- أتحمل وحدي مسؤولية الإنتاج أو التحضير أو الاستيراد أو التخزين أو النقل أو البيع أو التوصيل والالتزام بالقانون البلجيكي والأوروبي.
- لدي كل تسجيل أو إشعار أو ترخيص لازم، بما في ذلك متطلبات FASFC/AFSCA عند انطباقها، وألتزم بالنظافة والتتبع وسلسلة التبريد والضرائب وحماية المستهلك.

- لا أعرض إلا غذاء آمنًا وصالحًا وقابلًا للتتبع ومحفوظًا بطريقة سليمة، ولا أعرض منتجًا فاسدًا أو منتهيًا أو مسترجعًا أو ملوثًا أو مجهول المصدر.
- لا أعرض الخنزير أو مشتقاته، والكحول أو المسكرات، والأدوية، والتبغ أو الفيب، والمخدرات أو cannabis/CBD، والأسلحة والمقلدات وأي سلعة غير قانونية أو ممنوعة في المنصة.
- تصريح الحلال مسؤوليتي ما لم يذكر الإعلان صراحة وجود توثيق مستقل تحقق منه التطبيق، ولا أدعي شهادة غير موجودة.
- لا أخفي الحساسية أو العيوب أو الصفة التجارية أو المعلومات المطلوبة، ولا أضع رقم هاتف أو بريدًا أو رابط دفع أو URL أو QR داخل المحتوى لتجاوز مسار التواصل.
- أعالج مع المشتري بصورة قانونية السعر والدفع والاستلام أو التوصيل والفاتورة والإرجاع والضمان والشكاوى والنزاعات.
- أفهم أن نشر الإعلان ليس اعتمادًا أو شهادة أو فحصًا من مطبخنا بلجيكا، وأن الإدارة قد تطلب مستندات أو تعدل الإعلان أو تخفيه أو تحذفه أو تعلق الحساب عند وجود خطر أو مخالفة.
- أصحح أو أحذف الإعلان غير الدقيق أو غير المتوفر فورًا، وأتعاون مع بلاغات السلامة والاسترجاع وطلبات السلطات الصحيحة.

En publiant ou modifiant une annonce, je confirme avoir au moins 18 ans, fournir une identité exacte, être propriétaire ou autorisé à vendre et détenir les droits sur les textes/photos. Je respecte le droit belge et européen, toutes les obligations FASFC/AFSCA applicables, l'hygiène, la traçabilité, la chaîne du froid, la fiscalité et les consommateurs.
J'indique correctement identité du produit, ingrédients, quatorze allergènes réglementés, contamination croisée, origine, quantité, conservation, préparation, dates, prix et disponibilité. Je ne propose aucun aliment avarié, expiré, rappelé, contaminé, dangereux ou non traçable, ni porc/dérivés, alcool/intoxicants, médicaments, tabac/vape, drogues, cannabis/CBD, armes, contrefaçons ou bien illégal. La déclaration halal m'appartient sauf preuve indépendante expressément vérifiée.
Je ne masque pas d'information obligatoire et ne contourne pas le parcours de contact. Je gère légalement paiement, retrait/livraison, facture, retour, garantie et litige. Je comprends que la publication n'est pas une certification et que l'administration peut demander des documents, modérer, supprimer ou suspendre.

Ik volg Belgisch en EU-recht, alle toepasselijke FAVV/AFSCA-plichten, hygiëne, traceerbaarheid, koudeketen, belasting en consumentenrecht.
Ik vermeld productidentiteit, ingrediënten, veertien gereguleerde allergenen, kruisbesmetting, oorsprong, hoeveelheid, bewaring, bereiding, data, prijs en beschikbaarheid correct. Ik bied geen bedorven, vervallen, teruggeroepen, besmet, onveilig of ontraceerbaar voedsel aan, noch varken/derivaten, alcohol/bedwelmende middelen, geneesmiddelen, tabak/vape, drugs, cannabis/CBD, wapens, namaak of illegale goederen. Een halalclaim is mijn verklaring tenzij onafhankelijke documentatie uitdrukkelijk is geverifieerd.
